A FAMILY lawyer from Stoke Prior in Bromsgrove has become Worcestershire Law Society’s youngest president, at the age of just 30, writes Liam Masters.

James Osborne, a senior associate with Harrison Clark Rickerbys and a society member for six years, took over the role from Pat Beeching.

James had previously been the society’s vice chair and has chaired the society’s junior lawyers division.

Active James took part in the 2016 Strictly Worcestershire charity dance contest, plays in the Worcestershire Street Sixes cricket games in the city centre and is a director and founding member of the local networking group, Worcestershire advance.

James said: “It is an honour to take up this prestigious role and I look forward very much to being able to continue Pat’s excellent work.”
