THERE will be plenty of bargains to be had when the Lickey End Branch of the Royal British Legion holds a jumble sale in aid of The Poppy Appeal, writes Charlotte Tomlinson.
The event, from 10am to 4pm next Saturday, June 22, at Catshill Village Hall, will feature plenty of nearly new clothes, books, toys and more, along with a poppy stall.
Teas and coffees will be served at The Poppy Cafe and all money raised will go to the cause.
