POLICE in Bromsgrove issued a ticket to this motorist yesterday because of their inconsiderate parking.
The incident happened on the Stourbridge Road, Fairfield, yesterday morning.
Officers have urged drivers to think more about the way they park their vehicles to ensure they are not parked dangerously, illegally or inconsiderately.
