POLICE are reminding drivers to make sure they are not over the drink-drive limit the next morning.
It comes after an incident this morning on the Northbound M42 when Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit pulled over a van.
The driver’s breath test was positive and the motorist was arrested and taken into custody.
The driver will be facing a day in court.
