A CARE home in Bromsgrove has achieved a rating of 99 per cent for overall resident satisfaction.
Chandler Court Care Home revealed the results from its latest survey.
The home received maximum scores for key categories including ‘treating residents with kindness’, ‘providing the right care’ and ‘offering the best support’.

Manager at the Recreation Road home, Joanne Gill, said: “I’m thrilled we have achieved such a fantastic rating.
“I’m really proud of the team because it goes to show the commitment they have to making the home a fantastic place to live.”
Chandler Court is a state-of-the-art care home which provides full-time residential, dementia and nursing care, as well as short-term respite care.
