SIDEMOOR First School PTA has raised £2,000 thanks to match-funding from HSBC.
Ian Lloyd, Sidemoor First School PTA treasurer, has been fund-raising for the school to help it purchase equipment for its forest school, books and maths equipment.
The PTA has collected the cash throughout the year from a number of events, including a summer fayre and a Christmas fayre and two discos.
The £1,000 was matched pound-for-pound by HSBC.
