BIRMINGHAM-based folk/world-beat band The Bonfire Radicals will take to the stage at Fairfield Village Hall on September 30.

The group will perform traditional and creative original material, showing their fresh approach to traditional Celtic folk music.

The event will bring together the medieval and Celtic folk scene with European jazz at the live stage show.

Organiser Raglan Palmer said: “We are delighted The Bonfire Radicals are visiting Fairfield which we hope will bring the community together and help build a stronger neighbourhood.”

The band is well known for its highly-spirited stage presence and unique blend of music genres.

The show starts at 6.30pm and will appeal to adults and children aged six and over.

Tickets, at £8.50 for adults and £5 for under 16s, are now on sale from Fairfield Post Office.
