THE CHALLENGE Stroke Group in South Birmingham is appealing for new members and volunteers.
The organisation meets every Thursday 10am until 2.30pm at Longbridge Methodist Church. Transport is provided to and from members’ doorsteps and lunches and snacks are supplied.
Events include music, sing-a-longs, day trips, legal advice, bingo, arts and crafts, quizzes, raffles and the charity highlights ‘more suggestions are welcome’.
Admission is £3 each week with the first session free.
