BROMSGROVE’S Artrix is hosting a variety of events over Easter, writes Tom Banner.
Early Man, from Aardman Animations, creators of Wallace and Gromit, will be screened at 11am today and tomorrow and on April 4 and 5.
Tickets are £5.
On Easter Monday at 2pm there is the Easter Bunny’s Eggs Factor, for two to seven-year-olds. It includes an Easter Bunny meet and greet and a treat for each child. Tickets are £10 each.
At 2pm next Saturday, April 8, there is a stage version of ‘There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly’ to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Pam Adams’ best-selling book. Tickets are £10 per child and £12 per adult with family tickets at £40.
The Charming Theatre Production ‘You’ve Got Dragons’ takes place at Artrix from 12.30pm to 3pm on April 11. The show features creative captioning, interwoven BSL and audio description.
Tickets are £6 per child and £7 per adult.
The Vienna Festival Ballet’s Swan Lake, on April 15 at 2pm and 5pm, contains international stars, stunning costumes and, of course, Tchaikovsky’s music.
Tickets cost £14.50 per child and £19.50 per adult with concessions and family tickets also available.
