SOME PATHWAYS in Sanders Park will be fenced off for six weeks from Wednesday as part of the work to improve sections of the Battlefield Brook.
Phase one of the project began in October and is expected to end in May, creating a better home for Bromsgrove’s wildlife, including water voles.
And on Wednesday sections of the park behind the ball and tennis courts will be fenced off temporarily while works are carried out in that area.
Phase two, to give the habitat and environment time to settle, will not begin until February 2019.
