A WARNING has gone out to drivers in to make sure their vehicles are insured or they will be caught.
It follows an incident in Bromsgrove earlier this evening when a vehicle a driver had just bought for £900 was seized because they had no insurance or licence.
They also had to pay a £550 fine, will be getting a bill for the recovery of the vehicle and signed it over to be scrapped.
