A LOCAL brewery has launched a new beer to toast the tenth anniversary of a Bromsgrove dance company.
Woodcote Manor Brewing Company, based in Kidderminster Road, Dodford, has created New Salsa Ale to mark the milestone for dance teacher John-James who started New Salsa Salsa a decade ago.
The brew uses the finest ingredients and has a hint of ginger and local honey.
Woodcote’s master brewer Will Taylor said: “John and I started chatting about beers and we thought it would be nice if we could come up with a vibrant spicy ale to reflect salsa.
“I spoke to him about the types of beers he liked and we put together the recipe.”
John-James said: “I am honoured such a superb brewing company have launched this excellent ale.
“Will has crafted a wonderful, artisan, golden ale that is so tasty and moreish.”
