BROMSGROVE District Council says its refuse collection crews are out in force but may be slower than usual due to icy footpaths.
Areas particularly affected, include Rubery, Lickey End, Romsley and Frankley.
A spokesperson said residents should leave bins out if they had not been collected and crews would endeavour to empty them later today.
Crews would then aim to collect bins not done today on Tuesday, January 2.
Bulky waste collections have been suspended and will resume on January 8.
Trade waste collections are continuing as usual and any businesses who did not have their waste collected on Monday or Tuesday should leave theirs out as crews are catching up.
The septic tank service is also operating normally.
