A MAN has died at a premises in Rubery.
The Standard was contacted by a resident after a lot of police and ambulance activity at the building on New Road at around 11am this morning.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said it received a call at 10.58am and an ambulance and paramedic officer attended the incident.
“The patient was in cardiac arrest and it soon became apparent nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene,” added the spokesperson.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said a call was received and officers attended but the death was not being treated as suspicious.
