A TEENAGER has been arrested after another boy suffered a stab wound to his body.
The incident happened in Spirehouse Lane, Bromsgrove, shortly before 11.30am on Monday morning.
A 14-year-old boy from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of assault (GBH).
He has since been released but is still under investigation.
The victim’s wounds are not believed to be life-threatening but he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said an ambulance, paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
He added the boy was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Police officers are continuing to look into the incident.
