RESIDENTS are being urged to get on their bikes to raise funds for Bromsgrove’s Blue Cross.
Staff and volunteers have from 9am this Monday, October 2, to 4pm next Friday, October 8, to complete a 365-mile challenge on two static bikes at the Catshill rehoming centre.
It is part of Blue Cross Week where there will be a host of events taking place across rehoming centres and hospitals across the county.
To support the challenge head down to the centre or simply donate to the cause at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/bromsgrove-blue-cross-week – the charity’s JustGiving page.
All cash raised from the event will help the Blue Cross look after more homeless, sick and injured cats, dogs, rabbits, horses and small animals at centres and hospitals across the country.
