BROMSGROVE MP Sajid Javid has announced his second Penisoners Advice and Information Fair will take place from 10am to midday on November 3 at Parkside, off Market Street.
Mr Javid, who is also the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, said he decided to organise another one after the success of last year’s inaugural Pensioners Fair.
The community event, which is free to attend and exhibit, aims to provide residents who were retired or heading to retirement with information about facilities and services available to them across Bromsgrove District.
Last year more than 45 organisations attended, including the Bromsgrove Forum for Older People, the Stroke Association, the Cinnamon Trust, and sponsors of the Fair Johnson Fleming.
Mr Javid said in order for it to be as successful as last time the event needs exhibitors and sponsors.

He added: “I’m delighted to be hosting this annual event for the second year.
“Last year we had hundreds of people attend, and over 45 different exhibitors offering a range of opportunities and activities for local residents.
“We have a brilliant network of organisations across the constituency and it’s important that we support our local community through events like this.
