Forties Fairfield, which is being organised by Fairfield Village Community Association, will also feature laughter from Laurel and Hardy and High Tea served up in a vintage tearoom.

The event is aimed at bringing the Fairfield community together is the spirit which won the Second World War and those who go along should dress in 1940s attire and dance the Jitterbug into the night.
