TWO CARS were scratched in Bromsgrove by vandals.
In the first, in Fox Lane between 11.28am on August 21 and 11.28am on September 4, offensive words were scratched into the driver’s door.
Then in the second, in Larchmere Drive between 10.30am and 11.45am on September 6.
