A FAMILY fun day is being held at The Coppice pub in Rednal to raise funds for Armed Forces Day.
The event, which starts at midday next Saturday, June 24, will feature a tombola, bouncy castle, a raffle, barbecue and ice cream.
There will also be a number of stalls from local businesses which have all made a donation to the cause and there will be a disco and karaoke in the evening.
It has been organised by Ripples which puts on events for a number of charities.
Drew Linnott from Ripples, said: “We hold an event for Armed Forces Day every year and it is always well-attended.
“We want the community to come together to show its support for all those UK servicemen and women who are doing a tough job on a daily basis,” he added.
