BROMSGROVE & Redditch Athletic Club runners produced a series of impressive performances at the British Milers Club event at Tipton Sports Academy.
Beth Sykes was third in the 800m E women’s race in a personal best of 2:17.6, beaten only by two athletes three years older.
Anna Nicod was eighth in the F race over the same distance in a PB of 2:25.9 and Megan Nicod fifth in the 800m G event in a season’s best 2:36.3.
Conor Smith finished third in the 1,500m A race in a personal best of 3:59.5 and Joe Smith was sixth in the 1,500m B event in a season’s best 4:11.1.
