YOUNGSTERS from Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-School made the most of the snow which fell last week.
The children, who are all aged between two and four, had a great time exploring the white stuff and making mini-snowmen.
They also made footprints in the snow and followed trails.
Nursery manager Jacqueline Walker said: “The snow couldn’t have come at a better time as it tied in with our current theme on ‘Artic explorers and animals at the Artic’.”
The children also had fun indoors with pretend snow made from shaving foam and ‘magic growing snow’.
