BROMSGROVE Sporting’s under-18s Shamrocks completed a treble to finish off their 2018/19 campaign, beating Meadow Park 4-3 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in normal time.
The Shamrocks, who have already won the CWYFL U18 Presidents Shield and the Division Two league title, added to their trophy laden season by securing the Worcestershire FA U18 County Cup, after a closely-fought game.
Taking on Division One champions Meadow Park, Sporting’s under-18s played their part in an excellent final, with Conor Ruston and Niall Doherty scoring the goals for Bromsgrove.
Sporting held their nerve heading into the shootout, as they have all season-long, to complete a successful campaign.
