BROMSGROVE band Glamba appeared on hit children’s TV show Justin’s House on Sunday (October 30).
Filming for the show took place during two days in June at the BBC’s MediaCity studios in Manchester.
The episode – number eight in series four – was called ‘Power Cut Party’.
Glamba took centre stage as ‘drumming mechanics’ who were tasked with helping Justin get the power back up and running.
By performing a routine on dustbins and making lots of noise with other members of the cast and the children in the audience, a lot of ‘noise energy’ was created and powered the generator.
Nick Ledbury from Glamba said it was a great experience.
The episode is available at www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer for 30 days.
The recording session was followed by a stage performance at the sell-out Star Jam UK variety show in September at the Doncaster Dome Arena, alongside CBeebies superstar Andy Day.
