New problem reporting system to improve Bromsgrove’s car parks

A NEW online issue reporting system has been introduced to improve Bromsgrove’s car parks.

The system is designed to make it easier and quicker for drivers to flag up any problems they encounter whilst using Bromsgrove District Council-owned car parks.

The new system is designed to help the Council respond more efficiently and keep local car parks safe, accessible and well‑maintained.

Issues that can be reported include potholes or damaged surfaces, broken fencing, faulty lighting, damaged signs or line markings, and other safety or maintenance problems.

Council leader Coun Karen May said: “This new online reporting system is a simple but important step in helping us look after our car parks properly, ensuring they are well maintained and fit for everyday use.

“When people flag issues quickly, our teams can get on with fixing them before they become bigger problems.

“It’s all part of making sure our public spaces stay clean, safe, and reliable for everyone, and as set out in our Council Plan, we’re focused on practical improvements that genuinely help residents.“
