Former Kasabian frontman to perform at Bromsgrove's Artrix

Bromsgrove Editorial 15th Mar, 2026   0

THE FORMER lead singer of band Kasabian will be heading to Bromsgrove’s Artrix next year for a special evening of live music and honest storytelling, writes Ellie Taylor.

Tom Meighan was the original front man of the band which was formed in 1997 and went on to have hits including Fire and Club Foot.

He will be at the School drive venue on March 4, 2027, producing an incredible acoustic performance that revisits songs and reflects on the personal stories behind one of Britain’s most defining rock bands.

He will be joined on stage by his guitarist and share his work in a way fans have never seen before.

The special evening follows the release of the singer’s new 2025 solo album and recent performance of completely sold out shows.

From 1997 until 2020, Meighan was the heart of Kasabian, delivering 11 platinum records and five consecutive UK number one albums.

With chart-topping anthems and headline festival performances, this is a unique opportunity for fans to watch Meighan perform away from stadium stages.

Artrix’s theatre allows the audience to experience live music in an intimate atmosphere and learn up-close about the extraordinary man who helped lead Kasabian to the height of success.

He recalls his years spent with the band and its audiences.

The show will be enjoyed by Kasabian fans and general music lovers alike.
