Bromsgrove talent agency appealing residents wanting tech jobs to come forward amidst exciting £4.6million new project

BROMSGROVE-based Reedmace Talent has made a quantum leap by partnering with Delta.g, one of the UK’s most exciting quantum sensing companies, to help build a world-class Talent Acquisition function.

The project will support a new wave of hiring at Delta.g’s Birmingham Research Park headquarters leading to jobs for people in the town.

Delta.g, fresh from securing £4.6million in new investment led by Serendipity Capital with support from NSSIF and existing investor SCVC, is at the forefront of quantum sensing.

Their breakthrough technology enables real-time spatial intelligence, allowing users to see what lies beneath the surface of the Earth without digging, using gravity to reveal the unseen. This means detecting hidden sinkholes, mapping old mine workings, and identifying buried infrastructure with unprecedented accuracy and speed.

Delta.g is already working with industry and government partners on applications across infrastructure, transport, and environmental monitoring.

With this partnership, Reedmace Talent will help Delta.g grow its team across science, product, software, and hardware engineering, all from a location that’s an easy commute for Bromsgrove residents.

Dan Corcoran, Founder of Reedmace Talent, said: “Reedmace Talent was created in Bromsgrove to solve the hiring problem for ambitious tech companies.

“Instead of relying on recruitment agencies, we show our clients how to build and run their own world-class Talent Acquisition functions.

“Having worked successfully with Tony Lowe, CEO, on previous quantum projects, we were the obvious choice for this next phase of growth.

“We’re proud to help bring these opportunities to local people, with Birmingham Research Park just a short commute from Bromsgrove.”

Tony Lowe, CEO of Delta.g, said: “With fresh investment and big plans, our focus is on building a brilliant team.

“Reedmace Talent’s approach means we can avoid the traditional recruitment agency route and instead develop our own in-house capability, ensuring we attract and retain

the very best people as we scale up.”

Opportunities for Bromsgrove and beyond

Delta.g is seeking talented individuals across science (physicists), product, software, and hardware engineering.

People do not need to be an expert in quantum to start the conversation – just curiosity, motivation and a desire to work on technology which is making a real world impact.

Reedmace Talent is helping Bromsgrove residents to access careers in incredible future-led employment.

This project offers skilled workers the chance to work on the future of quantum sensing technology, close to home.

Delta.g’s office and laboratory at Birmingham Research Park are an easy commute from Bromsgrove by train or car.
