BROMSGROVE Sporting have confirmed the departure of young striker Jamie Meddows to AFC Telford United for an undisclosed fee.
Meddows scored 18 goals in 50 appearances for the Rouslers in all competitions last season.
He also won the club’s supporters’ player and players’ player of the season awards.
However, the 22-year-old has now departed the Victoria Ground to join newly-promoted National League North side Telford.
Sporting have inserted a 20 per cent sell-on clause as part of the deal.
Meddows said: “I’ll always be grateful to Bromsgrove for the opportunity they gave me, and I hope I repaid that faith.”
Telford also signed former Sporting skipper Luke Rowe in February earlier this year.
Bromsgrove signed Meddows from Stourport Swifts following an impressive pre-season with the Rouslers ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
