BROMSGROVE Sporting have signed former Redditch United goalkeeper Adam Harrison ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Harrison helped the Reds finish in the Southern League Premier Central play-off places in the 2023/24 campaign.
He recorded 32 clean sheets in 85 appearances for United before departing the club in October last year.
Harrison said: “I’m absolutely delighted to sign for such a big club, with a great fanbase.
“I can’t wait to get going and help the club get to where they want to be. I look forward to seeing you all soon.”
Sporting boss, Scott Adey-Linforth added: “Obviously, I’m gutted to lose Charlie. He played a huge part in our season last year, with some outstanding performances.
“He also played a lot of the final months with an injury, so for that I’m grateful.
“When your hometown club comes in for you, it’s always difficult, so I understand his decision and wish him nothing but the best.
“I’m pleased to say we moved fast to secure the services of Adam Harrison.
“Adam is a keeper I’ve followed for a while and he has impressed me.
“I’m delighted to welcome him on board and look forward to working with him.”
The 26-year-old has also spent time at Worcester City and finished the previous campaign at AFC Rushden and Diamonds following a short stint with Bedford Town.
Harrison will replace Charlie Price between the sticks at the Victoria Ground next season.
Price left the Rouslers to join Sporting’s divisional rivals Stourbridge.
