RESIDENTS are being urged to look to the skies next month when a National Astronomy Week event comes to Bromsgrove.
Bromsgrove Astronomical Society will hold its open event from 6.30pm to 9.30pm on Monday, February 3, at Bromsgrove Rugby Football Club in Finstall.
Everyone is welcome to the event where members of the society will showcase an infrared demo, hold a solar system exhibition and show a live planetary stream.
There will be an array of telescopes on display, the chance to speak to astrophotography experts and more.
The organisers said previous events had been very successful and they hoped this year’s would be the same.
