ALVECHURCH saw their weekend home fixture against Bishop’s Stortford postponed due to a frozen pitch.
An inspection of Church’s Lye Meadow pitch confirmed the turf as frozen leading to the postponement of the Southern League Premier Central fixture.
The club will confirm a rearranged date for the fixture in due course.
Weather permitting, Alvechurch are next in action against Burton Albion in the Birmingham Senior Cup on Tuesday, January 7 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Lye Meadow.
