Fun for all the family as Primrose Hospice Summer Fayre raises £2,598 for the cause

AN IMPRESSIVE £2,598 was raised for the Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre when its annual Summer Fayre took place last month.

The community did not let the weather dampen its spirits and came together for a day of fun, celebration and support for the charity which helps patients across north Worcestershire. A variety of market stalls, games, and animals, children’s games, local crafts, delicious treats and more offered something for everyone.

Adam Siviter, the hospice’s fundraising manager, said: “All of us at Primrose are really pleased with the success of our Summer Fayre, which not only raised vital funds for our services but also brought together the local community.

“We would like to sincerely thank our supporters, volunteers, performers and the local community for coming together and visiting us.”

The cash raised from the event could pay to support patients and families at the Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre for one day.

This will ensure more patients living with life-limiting illnesses across Bromsgrove, Redditch and surrounding areas will receive the care and support they need and deserve.
