UPDATE - Police continue appeal for suspect as two arrested following Clent rape

POLICE issued an appeal yesterday (Tuesday, September 26) for help in identifying the man in the picture following a rape in Clent.

The incident took place in the early hours of Saturday, September 16 on Vine Street, Clent.

Officers said the victim, a 19-year-old woman, was driven from Birmingham city centre before the assault took place.

Two men aged 20 and 26 from Smethwick and Coventry have been arrested on suspicion of rape and remain on police bail

West Mercia Police continue to appeal for help identifying a 20 to 25 year-old Asian man, with short black hair, a prominent beard, a slit in the left eyebrow, and is of normal build (pictured).
