On average, residents are said to buy a staggering 17.4 presents each.
And their generosity leads to Bromsgrovians contributing to the whopping £3.6billion spent on Christmas presents in the West Midlands alone each year.
The survey shows 133.9million gifts are bought in the West Midland region for the special day.
It also illustrates that although the amount spent is lower than the rest of the UK, the number of actual presents is much higher than the national average of 14.8.
