HOLLYWOOD student has hosted a show on BBC Radio 1.
Ollie McGrath, who is studying Bsc in Media Production, was chosen to host a playlist show reflecting students’ lives.
Ollie, 20, is also head of programming at his student radio station DemonFM.
He said the show was really good fun and working with the station’s producers was an honour, although quite daunting.
“Although the show is predominantly focused on the music and our theme (This One Time On My Gap Yah), I hope I managed to be a little funny, with an added tinge of sarcasm and to get my personality across.
“This has been a massive opportunity for me and DemonFM.”
