Midfielder Robbie Bunn writes for The Standard in his final weekly column after departing Bromsgrove Sporting for Littleton.
NOW that the dust has settled on the current situation at Bromsgrove Sporting I would just like to thank everyone who has helped me during my time here and made it a real pleasure to play football at the VG.
There are a few at the club, from certain members of the board, as well as Max Banner, Danny Carter and Standard sports editor Craig Gibbons who make the whole process of playing football at Bromsgrove a great experience and the club are truly very lucky to have people like that involved in helping to push it forwards on and off the pitch.
Obviously I would like to thank Smudger (Paul Smith), Brendan Kelly and Andy Mason for the great time I’ve had at the club and the brilliant memories that have been made during my time here.
Finally I would like to thank every single fan who has turned out over the past two seasons to show support to the lads and myself on our quests to bring success to the VG.
There are many fans who will feel frustrated about the situation and I totally understand that but I feel I need to give credit to the fans that have took their time out to send me good luck and thank-you messages, it really does mean a lot!
I wish the club every success in the future and I’m positive the boys have enough to see this year’s job through.
The weekly Bromsgrove Sporting column will be taken up by captain Craig Jones as of next week.
