BROMSGROVE Sporting’s first ever taste of the FA Trophy begins with an extra preliminary round tie against Corby Town.
The Rouslers welcome the Steelmen to the Victoria Ground on Saturday, September 29.
The winners receive £2,000.
Should Sporting progress, they will take on Yaxley in the preliminary round on Saturday, October 13.
Preliminary round winners receive £3,000.
Meanwhile, Brendan Kelly’s men have been drawn away to Southern League Central side Alvechurch in the preliminary round of the FA Cup on Saturday, August 25.
The winners receive £2,890 prize money while the losers receive £960.
