A TOTAL of ten motorists were caught speeding yesterday in Chaddesley Corbett and Cutnall Green when police carried out speed checks in the two villages.
The operation was held by officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrols Unit who were joined by their colleagues from Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and the Road Safety Team.
Speeding is one of the ‘fatal four’ that police forces want to clamp down on to make roads safer, along with drink or drug driving, using a mobile phone at the wheel and not wearing a seatbelt.
Those caught will be receiving penalty points on their licence and fines in the post.
