FAMILIES across the district will get the chance to be creative next Saturday, October 21, when Bromsgrove’s Big Draw makes a welcome return to the town.
The creative community event runs from 10am to 2.30pm at the Methodist Centre, Stratford Road.
Everyone is invited to drop in and explore their creative side by drawing, doodling, colouring and bringing their lines to life with simple animation.
People of all ages and abilities can join in with the world’s biggest drawing festival, to have fun, learn and relax.
Bromsgrove’s Big Draw is run by local volunteers, supported by resources from local organisations and businesses.
Laura Brodrick, the co-ordinator of Bromsgrove’s Big Draw, said: “We’re thrilled to run our third event and we want anyone who loves to draw or thinks they can’t draw to drop in and have a go.
“People of all ages really enjoyed our previous Big Draws, and this time as well as our usual choice of drawing activities we’ll be helping people to make moving images using simple materials and their mobile devices.
“We welcome everyone and encourage people to try something new.”
Art materials will be provided and refreshments will be available until 12.30pm.
