A BURGLAR attempted to break into a home in Hollywood but fled when the householder woke up.
The raider’s attempt took place around 4am on June 10 on Warmington Road.
The man was around 5ft 8ins tall and was wearing a dark hoody with a black scarf wrapped around his face.
He tried to gain access by a back door and used some kind of cutters to gain entry.
He made off when disturbed by residents who woke on hearing a noise.
