Motorcyclist hospitalised after crash with van in Bromsgrove

A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital with injuries to his shoulder and hand after a crash in Bromsgrove on Saturday morning (March 18).

The incident, involving a van and the motorbike, happened around 10am on Worcester Road, outside Bromsgrove School.

The man, who was 38 years old, was suspected as having a fractured collar bone.

West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed an ambulance and rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene.




After being given pain relief for his shoulder and hand injuries, he was he was taken to the Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.

The spokesperson added that the bike sustained significant damage in the incident.
