Man arrested and charged over car break-in in Rubery and breaching his ASBO

A MAN has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted vehicle theft in Rubery.

The man was spotted just before 10pm on Thursday (December 8) allegedly breaking into the car which was parked on a driveway in Hazel Road.

He was detained by the victim who called police and the 33-year-old was arrested.

He then appeared before magistrates the following day where he was also charged with breaching his Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).
