Haul of building equipment worth thousands stolen from Barnt Green house

A HAUL of building equipment worth thousands has been stolen from a Barnt Green house which was undergoing the final stages of development.

Thieves forced entry through two windows of a large detached property on Pumphouse Lane overnight on March 20.

The property is in the final stages of development that has been ongoing for the last 3 years and the incident occurred prior to the family moving in.

The items stolen were:




  • A large SCHEPPACH tile cutter, blue in colour valued at £402.94
  • 10 x Chrome Morphus lever handles and hinges valued at £220 each.
  • 2 x MAKITA Angle grinder, green in colour valued at £100 each.
  • MAKITA DAB radio white in colour valued at £135
  • HILTI hammer drill red in colour in a branded red case valued at £320
  • NEISEN cordless angle grinder black and red in colour valued at £80

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact WEST MERCIA Police on 101, quoting incident number 099 S 210318 .
