A HAUL of building equipment worth thousands has been stolen from a Barnt Green house which was undergoing the final stages of development.
Thieves forced entry through two windows of a large detached property on Pumphouse Lane overnight on March 20.
The property is in the final stages of development that has been ongoing for the last 3 years and the incident occurred prior to the family moving in.
The items stolen were:
- A large SCHEPPACH tile cutter, blue in colour valued at £402.94
- 10 x Chrome Morphus lever handles and hinges valued at £220 each.
- 2 x MAKITA Angle grinder, green in colour valued at £100 each.
- MAKITA DAB radio white in colour valued at £135
- HILTI hammer drill red in colour in a branded red case valued at £320
- NEISEN cordless angle grinder black and red in colour valued at £80
