A CHRISTMAS afternoon tea party will be held for pensioners from across Rubery on Saturday, December 2.
The event, from 2.30pm to 4pm at the Beacon Church Centre, will feature a range of savoury bites, delicious cake and festive tipples.
There will also be seasonal music and a free raffle which will mean no one will go home empty-handed.
There is no need for people to book but those wanting to go need to call Rev Ian Ring on 01562 or Rev Claire Turner on 0121 238 3168.
Admission to the event is just £1.
