NEW PROPERTIES being built in Marlbrook are a step closer after CALA Homes (Midlands) Ltd was selected as the preferred developer.
There will be 165 two, three, four and five bedroom homes on the site off the Old Birmingham Road.
CALA Homes is already known in the area because of its Foxhills development in Barnt Green which has seen a mix of luxury apartments and five-bedroom properties built.
