THERE have been powercuts across Bromsgrove district this evening caused by a cable fault.
A total 6,975 properties across the B60 and B61 postcode areas were affected by the incident.
Western Power Distribution told The Standard some households were off for 54 minutes but every home should now be back on.
The spokesperson added engineers were working on the cable currently to completely fix the fault.
He apologised for any disruption of power that residents experienced.
Tonight’s powercuts were not linked to those on Friday which were caused by the substation fire in Upton Warren.
