A WEEKLY seated Tai Chi class designed for those living with dementia or cognitive impairment has been opened up to the public in Bromsgrove.
They are being held at Amphlett Hall between 10am and 10.45am every Friday, starting from September 8.
Sessions cost £3 and carers can join for free or take a break and enjoy refreshments and chat in the venue’s conservatory.
Tai Chi, a method of mind and body exercise rooted in ancient China, is suitable for people affected by cognitive conditions as it repeats slow and flowing movements.
