THERE will be a unique combination of two violins at Bromsgrove’s Artrix at 8pm tomorrow (Friday) at Bromsgrove Concerts’ latest event.
Retorica, made up of Philippa Mo and Harriet MacKenziem, strive to introduce audiences worldwide to the wealth and quality of the range of music written for two violins but are rarely heard on public platforms.
The pair, who share a love of contemporary music, met at The Royal Academy of Music.
Their concert spans the centuries featuring pieces by William Croft, David Matthews, John McCabe and others.
