A BROMSGROVE cafe owner is hoping to take his customers on a taste journey with his new selection of street food.

Peter Fulford has created a menu of authentic street food wraps from around the world which will be served everyday at his cafe, the Coffee Hub, on Isidore Road, from Monday (January 9).

Using fresh ingredients, customers can choose from such flavours as Lebanese Chicken Shawarma, Indian Tandoori Feast and Tennessee BBQ.

Opening the cafe in February 2016, Peter, who has spent time travelling the world, wanted to incorporate the different flavours he encountered on his trips.

He said: “You can sense the difference in the food as opposed to picking up a pasty somewhere, the food is authentic from around the world.

“It is is healthy and made with a lot of love and attention.”

Coffee Hub also serves a range of different drinks and snacks and customers can order food online to pick up in store.

“Our aim is to create healthy, nutritious food. We can make a wrap in under two minutes, so people can come in and be served right away,” he added.

“We want to engage with people and we really value our customers. On our social media sites we tell them what country they will be setting off to next.”

Coffee Hub will also introduce its Gangster Wrap ‘The Notorious P.I.G’ which is filled with slow roasted pork, spiced napa cabbage, fresh mango and more.
