FANS of Kate Bush will be in their element at Bromsgrove’s Artrix tomorrow when a top tribute act comes to town.
Cloudbusting: The Music of Kate Bush sees Mandy Watson provide the voice of the singing legend.
She encompasses Kate’s range with uncanny and effortless accuracy, exploring the emotional core of the songs.
Watson is backed by a five-piece band whose authentic musical arrangements are complemented by 3D-mapped projections and a backdrop of original video created and contributed by Kate-inspired artists from around the world.
The Hounds of Love show, which starts at 8pm, is an intensely emotional journey through the hits such as Running Up That Hill, Hounds of Love and Cloudbusting culminating in the crescendo of the album’s famous flip-side, The Ninth Wave.
